The white coast, so perfectly drawn in a sea of such a blue color that it looks like a watercolor. In the province of Alicante, Altea is a charming village. A stroll through the cobbled streets of its old town will allow us to discover its white houses with a thousand flowers and its magic. Craft stores and street markets give the town a bohemian character. The coastline is made up of cliffs and small coves with stretches of beach on flat terrain.

This elegant villa is distributed on three floors, we will access through the terrace on the second floor, where we will find the splendid living room with a wonderful view over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea illuminating the entire room where we can relax on the white leather sofas. This living room, like the rest of the villa has been decorated with an elegant and luxurious taste with light and bright colors taking advantage of the light and warmth of the sun, this simple, modern and quality decoration will make us feel that we are in an earthly paradise with nothing but the immensity of the sea before our eyes. On this floor we will find a modern and comfortable office with a toilet, we will also find next to the living room dining room a fully equipped open kitchen and bar seating, we will have a wooden table with elegant wooden seats in turn to enjoy delicious lunches and dinners accompanied by the wonderful view over the terrace and the Mediterranean Sea, through a sliding door we will access the terrace with another wooden table and glass to eat. Following some interior stairs we will access to the first floor where we will find a beautiful bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite, a sofa and a bathroom with shower. Going up again the interior stairs we will reach the top floor where we will find two bedrooms with a double bed each, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower in each bedroom. A fourth independent bedroom is located in an apartment next to the outdoor pool, with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. It is air-conditioned.
