Located in the Alicante town of Denia, at the foot of the Montgó Massif, this construction combines modern design with antique pieces. Built in 2023, it has an area of 120 square meters distributed on a single floor which is distributed in living room with fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a total capacity for 8 guests. In the garden there is a private swimming pool with sun loungers and excellent sea views.
The living room with fireplace has two large sofas and armchairs and opens through a large window to the views of the terrace. Two of the bedrooms have two beds each, to be used together or separately, and the third bedroom has four beds. All with en-suite bathrooms.
The linen, 100% cotton and XL size, includes a beach towel per guest.
The dining room has a two-meter long table that can comfortably seat eight guests. In the kitchen, one of the walls has been closed with old wooden panelled doors that hide a comfortable storage area from floor to ceiling.
It has an outdoor barbecue area.
The nearest beach to the house is Marineta Casiana (3 km) and the best is Rotas-Las Marinas (5 km) and in the surroundings you can make excursions to the Sierra del Montgó.
